Woven Africa is a strategy to deliver to rural regions vocational and academic education in IT, IoT, and Artificial Intelligence. It enables farmers in rural places to industrialize agriculture and empowers students to design and build localized innovation to improve food production, health, and living conditions while defying the impact of climate and environmental change.

European Dual Studies adopted for African needs
Woven Africa is derived from the traditional European education concept of Dual Studies: young people learn their skills on the job and attend college classes to learn the academic fundament. First students find a job, then they start their apprenticeship supported by well-designed media and remote learning.
- Education for remote places to keep students from migration to the big cities
Education directly in the remote places is a mean to stop the brain drain of the talented young crowd from rural places to big cities. Rural places need skills and not the big cities.
- Vocational training paired with academic up-skilling
Emerging countries need well educated workers and craftspeople. Young people will receive vocational training close to their home places complemented by academic knowledge.
- Project based learning for regional innovation
As an accelerator Woven Africa will bypass the theoretical school learning and bring students to real projects where they produce impact for the society while they learn.
